Make Your Own Roll at Ichiban!

After asking a few of our customers what kind of rolls they would like to see on our menu, we were bombarded with a ton of great recommendations. Some of them were so good that it made us consider adding them to our menu.

Instead of doing that, however, we are launching a new initiative in our restaurant. For every customer, any time and day, you can CREATE YOUR OWN ROLL. No restrictions apply! If you want salmon, cream cheese, udon noodles, and asparagus, you can have it. If you want tuna, salmon, whitefish, and octopus all in one roll, go for it! No need to hold you back.

This is our chance to show Orlando how creative our community really is. No other sushi restaurant allows their guests to be as imaginative as they want to be. But why not? You want what you want. Why shouldn't we make it for?

Ready for the best part? If you order your signature sushi creation during 10 different dine-in visits, it is yours! When we print new menus, your invention may appear on it as a featured roll under the name that you desire. If that isn't incentive enough to come in and have anything you want, I don't know what is.

So come on in and let your imagination run wild. As always, don't forget that you can also tweet your orders in advance.

That's a great idea! I'm going to have to come up with some ideas for a MarketLeverage roll and an MLDina roll- too bad we're so far from you!

It's amazing to see that you take not only take time to focus on your clientele, but you also make an investment by allowing customers to pick from a variety of expensive ingredients to create their own custom rolls. Great initiative!

PS: I (@gc_koupaki) had dinner at Ichiban for the first time this past saturday night with relatives and we enjoyed it very much. Thumbs UP!
