The KBuzz's Top 60 Twitter Profiles
Last week, the KBuzz humbled us with a tremendous honor. The New York based word of mouth marketing company took to Twitter to find out what businesses were using Twitter in the best and most innovative ways. Since the majority of you are aware of our Twitter presence, I am sure you won’t be surprised to hear that we were named #20 out of the 60 businesses they ranked. You can read the rankings here:

According to KBuzz, rank was determined by level of engagement, fan count, profile background, and innovation. Since we place a tremendous amount of pride and emphasis on our interactions with our customers, Twitter tactics just come second nature to us. Of course we want to reply to each @ mention we receive. Of course we want to encourage fan participation. Of course we attempt to come up with unique ways for visitors to enjoy our restaurant…. I just never thought we would be acknowledged so much for all of this.
At this point, aren’t these things common sense to small businesses? We guess not.
To conclude, we would like to thank the KBuzz and anybody that suggested our profile to them. We will continue to utilize Twitter as one of the best resources to speak directly with our customers.
And remember, it is Twitter that allowed us to become the first restaurant to accept advanced DM and @ orders, incite a create-your-own-roll campaign, facilitate Tweetup events and offer sushi words of the day for lunchtime discounts.

Congratulations! You definitely deserve a top spot on the list. I can't believe more restaurants don't allow ordering via Twitter. You need to open a Lake Mary location!
@MLDina Thank you for the acknowledgment. We'd like to think that it wasn't just the ordering via Twitter that earned us this praise. We try to go above and beyond.
And as far as a Lake Mary location, I don't know about that. Just know that we may be looking to open other locations very soon. It's too early to tell, however.
