Sushi Being Made in Space

We just heard about two Japanese astronauts (Souichi Noguchi and Naoko Yamazeki) that recently made sushi in space. While there may have been rice flying everywhere due to zero gravity, we are hearing that the dinner was delicious and the first of its kind.

If only we could have been the first restaurant to do this. After all that we have pioneered in the industry, it would have been great to have this in our repertoire as well.
