Doing Away With Open Table

Hey customers!

In our ongoing effort to improve EVERYTHING about our internal operations and those aspects that transcend out to you guys, we are considering building our own reservation system on our website.

Right now, we leave that responsibility to Open Table. While we love the service that they have been providing, it doesn't make sense to outsource this part of our business when we have such a fine young technical team that can build something similar.

Just a click reserves you a table.

So, once again, we are looking for some feedback.

What do you guys think about Open Table?

Have you ever made a reservation on our website? If so, how was the process?

Are there any features that you'd like to see in an original reservation form on our site?

We thank you in advance for your continued support and assistance to improve our culinary operations. Without you, we wouldn't be nearly as "cool." Haha.

Most restaurants on Open Table have own website reservation system. Open Table drives the diners to you from the massive Open Table site, who otherwise will never make it to your website or restaurant. Would you stop listing in the yellow pages or 411 since you already have a phone number people can call to make reservations? Love your place! Dave
