A Halloween Costume Idea

If you have a pet and love sushi, this just might be the perfect costume for you. As you can see, you get to sport a Kikkoman soy sauce bottle costume. For most, this would be a good enough costume, but if you want to take it to the max, you can throw the additional props into the scene.

To add the pet portion of the costume, here's what you need:

• Planks of wood (to assemble) or an already assembled wood table that can be made to resemble a sushi block plate.
• Pink ribbons (for the ginger)
• A circular green pillow (for the wasabi)
• A 2 x 4 piece of wood with a slice in the center (chopsticks)
• A long pillowcase cut diagonally across the top (to house the chopsticks)
• For the pieces of sushi, you must either sew your own more sophisticated pieces or purchase a small, but long pillow that can resemble a piece of sashimi. Add a thick strap to each piece to wrap around the stomach of your pets.
• Finally, you will need your pet(s) to be tame enough to wear sushi on their back(s).

This list might make it seem like a lot of work, but don't you think this costume is well worth it? With Halloween only 10 days ago, we hope we've given you enough of a lead time to get all of this done to pull this off this year.
