Let's ponder why it was such a failure for a moment, sha'll we?

• Who can trust pre-packaged Sushi?

A lot of people complain about getting sick after they eat the sushi made to last all day in a grocery store cooler.  You know... The generic package of california rolls or spicy tuna that has an EXPIRATION DATE ON IT!!!!

Sushi doesn't need an expiration date because you don't let it expire.  It is meant to be eaten... ASAP!  That is why you go to have it made to order!  

This way, your eating fresh, 112% of the time, guaranteed!

• Sushi is meant to be enjoyed, not rushed!

The real inconvenient truth about sushi is that it is not meant to be convenient at all!  What in the world is convenient about having a specific fish flied all the way around the world in time to land on your plate before it is frozen?  Nothing...

People want to sit down and enjoy their fresh sushi meals.  It isn't something that is meant for "on - the - go," even though it's bite-size might seem to contradict that.

• Who is Walgreens to make sushi?

Last we checked, our sushi chefs are seriously trained professionals!  I know Walgreens is a pharmacy, but sushi is NOT something they need to be prescribing!
